Additionally, TheCompany offers a website with information, publishes on social media platform and releases press content. Customer includes thoses who are trying the product for free. With the signup you agree to these terms and conditions.
The usage of our interactive service and the usage of other products and services of TheCompany are based on these terms and conditions. Changes and amendments are obligatory if TheCompany publishes them here in writing.
TheCompany reserves the right to adapt prices to existing subscriptions. You will be informed in writing 4 weeks before the change. Prices will be charged in EURO or US dollars. We use the payment solution of STRIPE. This service is very trustworthy and has been in use for many years. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. There might be VAT included.
Registering for the service entitles us to contact you regularly. We send newsletters and automated emails regularly.
The subscriptions can be canceled after the end of a paid period. After submission of cancellation to TheCompany and cancellation at the payment service, we will not charge you anymore. The refund of already paid membership fees is also not possible proportionally.
Products and services, which are provided by TheCompany, are reserved in title and are owned by TheCompany until full payment of customer.
We exclude any liability for damages caused to users' health, which might occur because of using our services.
Furthermore, any compensation for damages is excluded. This also applies to compensations for damages of loss of profits, collateral damages, and consequential damages.
